ETI-PI CRFH Stone of Adventure Outlaw Starr $5.95 Dial-up

Sorry for the lack of updates. We lost the house last year, and have been living in temporary quarters. Access to the internet has been severely limited, and the car is dead. Last week, our storage unit was robbed, and the car broken into. This week, we are being thrown out. I am virtually penniless, after more than ten years coping with a back injury which doesn't seem to be quite bad enough to satisfy the government. Please help out, if you can. We need to raise a lot of money very quickly.

Here's a blog post for more info, or if you want to shout at me about something.

Faerie Melee, Act One: The Return of Glynhial is an 18 megabyte PDF that includes 60 Elf Life comics from the archives, wash-inked, hand-shaded, rescanned and retinted, and with a new cover for $6; sales benefit the production of new comics! Sample page reduced 75%.

While you're deciding to buy the PDF, grab the free Faerie Melee wallpaper: 1600x12001024x768800x600

Elf Life: Lake Froth's Bane

If you haven't been by lately, I've committed to extensively revising the first Elf Life story, Lake Froth's Bane, instead of floundering around with attempts to "continue" the broken series.

We're taking an early break for fund-raising. Once the comics can be put in production again, it will resume featured status on the home page.

Rustler's Roundup cover

Kai gave me permission to post the finished cover. Shame it can't really be leather. :D

Rustler's Roundup cover

UPDATE: We got the free proof copy in the mail, and it looks great! But there are a lot of fixes needed--it didn't come out perfect, like our last one. So it will probably be a while before this one's ready for sale. Sigh.

We might just make it after all

Wherein I stumble into the street and throw my hat in the air before giving Ed Asner a sloppy kiss on the cheek.

A message left on the phone for Kai: his disability claim has been approved.

More later. He has to talk to them on the phone, and maybe go out to the social security office, today. If they’re closed a day early for Independence Day, well, at least we know that our own independence day is at hand.
